Terms of Service (Applies to Paid “Insight Seeker” Plans)

Terms of Service (Applies to Paid “Insight Seeker” Plans)

Effective date: · Last updated on this date.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between Wisdom Waves Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the user of our paid membership on wisdomwaveshub.com. These Terms govern only our paid “Insight Seeker” plans and the paid resources they unlock. Free content and freely accessible demos fall outside these Terms and are provided “as-is”.

1) Who we are & how to contact us

Operator: Wisdom Waves Hub · Website: wisdomwaveshub.com

2) What “tools” means here

“Tools” or “resources” refers to our paid, members-only utilities focused on contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, and similar suites— including checklists, clause-mapping helpers, calculators, templates, playbooks, and guided workflows. These assist your understanding and coordination; they do not replace official publications, legal advice, or project-specific amendments.

3) Accepting these Terms

By purchasing, activating, or using any paid plan you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use paid features (you may continue to browse free content).

Age & capacity
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

4) Plans & access

The current paid plans (as shown on the pricing page) are:

  • Insight Seeker Yearly$39.00 per Year (BEST VALUE)
  • Insight Seeker Monthly$9.49 per Month

Site copy indicates: “Cancel anytime • Instant access after checkout.” Access continues until the end of your paid period after cancellation.

5) Accounts, fair use & renewals

  • Account security: Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for all use under your account.
  • Auto-renewal: Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Fair use: We may rate-limit excessive automated requests that risk service stability.

6) Billing, cancellations & refunds

  • Billing: You authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge the membership fee for the plan you select.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support—access remains until the end of the paid term.
  • Refunds: For digital memberships, refunds are generally not provided once access starts, except where required by law or our posted Refund Policy.
  • Price changes: We may change pricing with notice; ongoing memberships renew at the then-current price unless you cancel beforehand.

See our Refund Policy for details.

7) Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use members-only tools for your internal professional work. Exported reports and outputs may be shared with clients/projects.

  • No resale, sublicensing, “service bureau”, or representing our tools as your own product.
  • No scraping, bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of the platform.
  • No unlawful, infringing, or security-compromising use.
Team use
Unless your plan includes seats, accounts are single-user. Contact us for team licensing.

8) FIDIC / NEC / other contract-form tools — disclaimer

These tools are for guidance and education. They are not a substitute for the official publications, competent professional judgement, or legal advice. Always verify the exact contract suite, edition, options, and project-specific amendments before relying on results.

Verification examples (non-exhaustive)
  • FIDIC: Confirm the Book (e.g., Red/Yellow/Silver/Green/Emerald), the edition (e.g., 2017 Second Edition), and any Particular Conditions.
  • NEC: Confirm NEC3 vs. NEC4; for NEC4 ECC check the main Option (A–F) and any secondary “Y/W/Z” clauses used in your contract.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FIDIC or NEC; names are used to identify well-known contract suites referenced by users.

9) Intellectual property

The site, software, tools, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You acquire no ownership rights by using the service.

You are responsible for any data you upload or enter; you grant us a limited licence to process that data to operate the service.

10) Service availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Planned maintenance windows may occur; urgent fixes may be applied without notice.

11) Warranty disclaimer & limitation of liability

As-is. Paid tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

No consequential damages. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages.

12) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to paid tools if you materially breach these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your membership. Clauses on IP, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law survive termination.

13) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law]. Courts at [Jurisdiction] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

Informal resolution first
Before filing a claim, please email us to attempt an informal resolution within 15 days.

14) Privacy & data

Your use of paid tools is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy which explain what data we collect and how we use it.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use of paid tools after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
